Electronic Payment:      
Online Account Management Systems with this system, you can:

  • Make a Payment
  • View Your Bill
  • Look at your Account History
  • See Your Usage History  
  • Set up Paperless Billing       

To make a payment, simply log in to your account with your registered email address and
click on Make A Payment.
 
First Time Users, you will need a copy of a recent bill so that you can register:

  • Last Name
  • Full Account Number
  • Your Email Address
  • Notice: You Are Leaving The WSUD Site. Our online bill processing is handled by a third party site. That site may have a legal and privacy policy different from WSUD. WSUD is not responsible for the products, services, and content offered by that site.

 
Bill Payer Program (Through your financial institution):

You can arrange with your bank to have your utility bills paid through the financial institution’s “bill pay program” (Checkfree). Contact your bank for more information.

Please allow up to Seven (7) Business days for processing.

Pay by Phone:

We apologize for any inconvenience, but for security reasons to protect your private information we no longer accept payments over the phone.

Pay by Mail :

A payment envelope is included with your bill. Please mail payments to:

Pay in Person:

The Customer Service Department is located at 2924 SE Lund Avenue. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards as forms of payment. *Please Note - the maximum amount for credit card payments is $1,000.

Office Hours Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (excluding holidays)

Outside Pay Box:

You can attach the payment stub to your check or money order and place it in our “Pay Box” located outside the District’s Administration Building. You may leave your payment here 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Please No Cash.
