Starting or Stopping Service / Purchase or Sale of a Home

If you are buying or selling a home, please notify our office by emailing the following information: 

• Property address
• Your name and forwarding address
• The closing date  
• Title Company's information
• Seller's name
• Buyer's name

If the home you are purchasing does not have water service, please call our Customer Service Department at 360-876-2545.

Title Companies please inform us 48 hours in advance if the selling date changes to avoid a $40.00 charge for a Special Meter Read.
