West Sound Utility District will only accept test reports that are submitted by the backflow assembly tester to our cross connection control portal at https://westsoundwa.c3swift.com/. We no longer accept test reports via fax, email or physical copy.
There is a $12.50 fee for submitting passing test reports for each device.
If you are a tester that is not currently in our SwiftComply portal you can register by clicking on this link (https://www.sc-tester.com/form/V2VzdCBTb3VuZCBVdGlsaXR5IERpc3RyaWN0LCBXQQ==) and filling out the registration form. It may take up to 48 hours for your account to be created after that. If you have a time sensitive test report please reach out to us via email after you have created your account.
