2022 Water Rates for WSUD
These were replaced with new rates January 01, 2023
Customer classifications are established as follows:
Single Family Residential shall mean a single family residence or duplex unit. This account type is billed bi-monthly and therefore is slightly different than the others. To calculate the billing for these types of accounts it would be the flat rate based on meter size times two plus any commodity charges from the whole billing period. Additional unit charges may apply.
Multi-Family Residential shall mean a triplex, apartments, condominiums, townhouses, and mobile home parks served by a single water meter. To calculate the billing for these types of accounts it would be the flat rate based on meter size plus commodity charges. Additional unit charges would apply for each unit past the first one.
Commercial/Industrial shall mean institutions such as churches and medical facilities. Commercial such as stores, restaurants and other businesses and industrial uses. To calculate billing for these types of accounts it would be the flat rate based on meter size plus commodity charges.
Agricultural/Irrigation shall mean water used for landscaping and other non-consumptive uses served by a single water meter. To calculate billing for these types account it would be the flat rate based on meter size plus commodity charges.
A flat rate meter charge based on the meter size shall be assessed monthly for each meter.

| Unit Charge | $19.26 | Monthly for each Residential Dwelling Unit, Guest House or accessory building with a kitchen, served shall be assessed monthly for the multi-family class. |
| Bulk Water Fill | $20.00 | Account establishment is required for monthly invoicing for bulk water obtained. Intermittent (Intermittent is defined as less than five bulk fills per year) bulk fills do not require an account. All transporting trucks are required to have an approved air-gap, which shall be inspected and approved by the District. |

Commodity Charge (COM) Per One-Hundred cubic feet (ccf). ccf = 748 gallons.
In addition to the flat rate and unit charge, a commodity charge per 100 cubic feet for all water consumed shall be imposed. The block rates and volumes are different based on service type and meter size.
